How to Make the Perfect Cup of Cacao

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Heat 250ml water to approx 85°C (ionised water for maximum taste and health benefits).

2. Add heated water, 2-3 heaped tablespoons of Freedom Cacao with a sweettener of your choice (we recommend honey or coconut sugar) and blend until a nice chocolate brown liquid. You may add a little coconut milk.

HOW TO DRINK:

1. Prepare using one of our recipes.

2. Pour into your favourite mug.

3. Set your intention for the day.

4. Drink one sip at a time while focusing on your intention.

5. Move into journaling, dance, meditation, gratitude or whatever ritual you love.
6. Enjoy and celebrate life!

Additional adds: Coconut Oil, Reishi, Chaga, Grass Fed Butter, Maca, MCT Oil Most people love to have 1-2 cups per day for maximum benefits.

  • 2 tablespoons of Freedom Cacao
  • 1.5 teaspoons of honey
  • 4 drops of peppermint oil
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut cream
  • 250ml of hot water (not boiling)

INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoons of Freedom Cacao
1 cup almond milk
1 cup 9.5ph Kangen water
1 tablespoon masons mushrooms
1 tablespoon local honey ( can add more if you like it sweeter or vanilla essence is also yum )
2 tablespoon MCT oil

METHOD:

1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan on low. Add the cacao and whisk until melted and smooth.

2. Add in the masons mushrooms, honey and MCT oil. Keep whisking until it’s smooth and foamy.

3. Pour into 2 cups and enjoy the magic.

In your blender add:

  • 3 heaped tablespoons of delicious freedom cacao
  • A Generous splash of cold coconut water 
  • A small teaspoon of coconut oil
  • A little squeeze of organic manuka honey
  • A sprinkle of ground cinnamon 
    250ml of hot boiled water.
